Guest service rules
For the most effective and comfortable service, as well as a high-quality result from the procedures, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules of our studio.

1. Opening hours of the studio: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to19:00 (Closed on Sunday). Reservation of services is made by appointment on the phone or WhatsApp +919594834357
2. Services are made in 4 categories of specialists. When booking services, you should inform us which category of specialist you would like to receive the service from.
3. When booking, please give us as much detail as possible about all the procedures you would like to receive so that we can calculate the exact time of your services.
4. To avoid misunderstandings, please discuss in advance the approximate duration and cost of services with the Studio receptionist.
5. The day before your appointment, we will confirm it again by phone or message.
If we do not receive confirmation of the appointment from you the day before, then the studio has the right to cancel your appointment.
6. If you feel unwell or have symptoms of a viral illness, please do not make an appointment until you are fully recovered.
7. We recommend that you arrive at the Studio 10 minutes before the appointed time to avoid delays. This will allow you to prepare for the procedure and get a preliminary consultation. We also ask you to treat small adjustments in the schedule with understanding.
8. In case of you being late, the number and duration of procedures may be reduced. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of the entire procedure.
9. Late cancellation of the procedure, cancellation of the visit less than 3 hours before the appointed time, cancellation without notice or repeated cancellations may serve as grounds for refusal of subsequent booking of services. In such cases, service is possible without an appointment, if there is a free master or 50% prepayment (prepayment is not refundable if the procedure was cancelled for the above reasons).
10. During the service process, we ask you to refrain from using mobile phones and other electronic devices, as this may negatively affect both the device itself and the quality of service.
11. The studio is not responsible for valuables left in the studio, including on workplace during service.
12. For security reasons, we ask you to exclude the possibility of children staying in the Studio.
13. To maintain a comfortable atmosphere during the procedure, loud conversations are not encouraged. Please kindly share the common space of our Studio with other guests.
14. Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages in our studio is prohibited.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in denial of service.

Additional Information
1.Before the procedure the specialist will fill in your individual card, in which he will note the condition of your nails, skin, eyelashes, etc., as well as learn about your needs and expectations from the services you have chosen. Also, the specialist will note what materials and means in the work will be used for you.
2.If you have health problems, non-compatibility to procedures, or pregnancy, be sure to inform a specialist about this so that we can take this into account when choosing technologies and materials.
3.You can always go through a free consultation with the studio specialists and receptionist on issues related to your procedures. We will be grateful for your feedback about your feelings, opinions about the procedures, as well as wishes so that the specialists can understand your needs as accurately as possible and do their job in the best possible way. 
4.All consumables and disposable materials, as well as products for home care are of high quality and have current expiration dates.
5.In our studio, sanitary and hygienic measures are regularly carried out in accordance with existing standards (disinfection of surfaces, objects, air, tools, etc.). Metal instruments are subjected to a 4-stage system of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization. Instruments that cannot be disinfected are disposable or individual.
